One of the most essential things in an event is the invitations and I am here to help you create a beautiful invitations that will help set the tone of your event. This can be overwhelming sometimes l but I promise to make it as stress-free as possible.

I do invitations for different events. Birthdays, debutant balls, and everything in between. Aside from invitations, I also do cupcake toppers, banners, tags, menu cards, table cards, whatever cards that you need! The only service I DON'T offer is the printing. There are a lot of printing companies out there and I am happy to refer you to them.

To start us off, I will be needing you to answer this short questionnaire so that we can get to know each other better and  I can get a feel of your event. (This also serves as an order form if you're ordering a ready-made wedding invitation design.)

BACK TO EVENTS

1. GET IN TOUCH! Fill out the event contact form (see step 3) and we’ll talk about your event and what you’ll be needing. I have ready made templates, but if you didn’t find anything that suits your style I am also happy to create a custom invitation for you. We’ll be discussing all the details, but don’t worry because I have a guide for you to make it a little bit easier. 

2. ROUGH DRAFTS & CONTRACT SIGNING. Once we get in touch and I get a basic idea of what your event is all about, I’ll be sending  you a rough draft of your invitation just to see if we’re on the right track. Once we get all the details down, I’ll be sending you a contract so that everything will run smoothly. Payment details will be included in the contract.

3. WERQ. Contracts are signed and drafts are good, I now start working on the real thing. You initially get 2-3 different layouts to choose from and from there we can go back and forth about the look and wordings, etc. (You get up to 5 revisions, yay!) 

4. THAT’S IT! Once the proofs are approved, I’ll send you the files in HD so you can send them to the printers and send them out to everyone.

The whole process should take about 1-3 weeks for the ready made invites and 4-10 weeks for the custom invites depending on how long we discuss and revise your invites. It would probably go a little quicker if you send me very detailed emails with your pegs and references. :)

A FEW TIPS

If you literally have no idea where to start with your invitations (or party in general):
  • I find that Pinterest is your best friend when it comes to finding pegs and creating mood boards. You can search for whatever party it is your want on Pinterest and there's always a lot of great ideas to choose from on Pinterest that could really come in handy. Try that out and see if it’s helpful for you!
  • I love planning parties, so if you need help on anything or need ideas, just shoot me an email and I might be able to guide you through it :)
